New footage posted by Randy Travis to social media shows his wife Mary Travis assisting him from his tour bus as he continues to make public appearances after suffering a stroke in 2013.
The country star, 66, shared a video splicing together several moving moments from his current tour.
Many of the clips show Travis greeting fans from his wheelchair while text over the video reads: "Why is Randy Travis still touring instead of staying home at the ranch? This is why..."
"We get asked this question all the time and the answer is simple… it's because of you, his fans that keep showing up and keep his voice alive," the caption reads.
The video is set to Travis' song, "Precious Memories."

In July 2013, the “Forever and Ever, Amen” singer suffered a stroke after being hospitalized for presumptive cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. His wife later told PEOPLE in 2019 that the entire “speaking, writing and reading” section of his left brain was affected as a result, a condition that's known as aphasia.
In another recent post on Instagram, the country star shared a video of himself in a wheelchair, pushed onto the stage to a standing ovation. He wrote in the caption: "It's the fans who make these appearances and shows so special, and the reason I keep doing it. I'll be in Kentucky, Indiana, and Missouri next."
In 2025, Travis hit the road with his original touring band and Louisiana country singer James Dupré, who performs many of Travis' most iconic hits.
The "More Life" tour with Dupré has since been extended into 2026, with the string of shows marking Travis' first major tour in recent years.
